We have seen from long experience that Moz DA is not standard or authentic. Some blogger outreach companies consider this to be the standard. That's why the question arises. Here are some of Moz's realities.
Yahoo's domain and subdomains DA measure is different on Moz.
But, dearJulius.com's domain and subdomains DA measure show the same result.
Even a dearJulius.com's blank subdomain shows higher DA.
Yahoo is a subdomain-based website and also dearJulius.com is also a subdomain-based website. But the DA of these two websites is not showing in the same manner.
Also, domains of some relatively low backlink websites show higher DA.
Even, Moz is showing a high Spam Score for two new innocent websites.
We have had multiple conversations with Moz via email. We have email records where Moz could not give any suitable correct answer. Moz clearly stated that they are still training their crawler.
Moz also said that website owners can add manually links to their Link Tracking Lists. Once this added to the tracking lists they will add that page to be crawled. As long as it is accessible to their crawler, it can be seen in their index as soon as they can index those pages. But, this service is not free of cost.
So, you need to pay to get better results from Moz. And, that's why it's not the ultimate standard to measure the quality of a website.
Ahrefs DR, SEMrush DS, and Moz DA show different results for the same website. As they can not show authentic results and anyone can manipulate these results with money so, none of these are correct. Even, Alexa does not show correct results without paid service.

Giving false information about someone's else property and hence damaging their image is a crime. Moreover, it is necessary to take legal action in this regard.

From December 2019 to March 28, 2020, Moz dearJulius.com's DA score showed 32. When an email was sent on March 27, Moz responded that dearJulius.com's DA score is accurate.
But, from March 29, 2020 to April 4, 2020 Moz dearJulius.com's DA score showed 29.
Update September 19, 2020
It seems to us that Moz has monopolized the metrics of our website. For this reason, its DA matrix value has not been increasing or decreasing for the last 6 months from 26.
We have more websites built with the same CMS. Which is much smaller than dearJulius.com, has not been updated in a few years, and has no visitors. Also, the backlinks of the site are poor-quality to dearJulius.com and less in number. The DA / PA or matrix value of this site is higher than that of dearJulius.com and is constantly increasing.
The matrix of other websites in the world is increasing and decreasing every month. However, dearJulius.com's metrics remain fixed despite adding new features, updating regularly, increasing backlinks, and traffic.
That's why we are unequivocally sure that Moz has deliberately fixed the metrics of dearJulius.com.
Thus, it is clear that Moz DA scores are fake. It's an SEO scam.
